Shipping policy
Orders are processed normally the next business day, but it can take up to 3 days to proccess it.
Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email & the shipping tracking number. If you don’t receive it, please check your Spam inbox.
International shipping
Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately up to 3 days from the shipment date.
For international orders, customs duty may be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside.
Protocol Vape Tech is not responsible for payment of this duty.
By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices. We must adhere to all international import/export laws.
If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package.
This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
All international orders are shipped via DHL.
Online return policy
Sender is responsible for return/exchange shipping cost.
Please contact info@protocolvapetech.com prior to sending a return or exchange. We are able to email you a return/exchange shipping label.
Your return will be processed as soon as possible. Allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed.
We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
